Our Mission:
To change the world by opening people's aperture through food.
All food tells a story. Whether it be stories of strife, resilience or sacrifice, each dish is intimately connected to the unique circumstances in which it was created.
We romanticize the table. The table represents the place where important decisions are made, laws are signed, family bonds are forged. It is a microcosm of the human experience, with its different shapes and sizes, attitude and personality, and colors and places of origin.
